This problem is really wierd, and I have not been able to find anyone with a similar problem.
When I power up my machine, I always get the "NTOSKRNL is invalid corrupt or missing" message. So I do a Ctrl-Alt-Del...
Now, sometimes the machine will boot into Win2k without a problem...
