    Hello, newbie here and end user. I am running IP Office version: 9 I have two VPN tunnels back to the main office, each VPN can intercom the office but when VPN1 intercoms VPN2, it rings but there is no voice. Is there a setting I need to setup in IP Office? Thank you in advance!

    VLAN file location

    I am trying to change the IP 500 IP Address but it seems like there is VLAN file running that keeps pointing to old IP Address. Would any one know what is the name of this vlan file and where it is located? I thought it would be 96xxupgrade.txt but I can't seem to find it. Thank you.
