I have an old IP401 system. I have just encountered a problem where the Manager, although can find the system on our network, cannot open the .CFG file. The result is "Not received OK." The CFG file is available and has not been modified. Any advice on how I can fix this?
Is there a way to pass on the caller id when an extension is set to permanently forward calls unconditionally to an external number? Currently the receiver will just see the extension from where the call if being forwarded from rather than the id of the actual caller. We are using a very old...
