So it seems that the entirety of our company's Nortel Phone System has an inability to call certain phone numbers.
When calling any of these phone numbers which have problems, it seems to just not ring and immediately ends the call.

It seems to have a Line which is set to use a "Call Center" which is linked to a "Skillset" which contains a couple of agents within.
