Operator console overflow not working
I have a MX-ONE 5.0 SP5 and need to overflow calls not answered by the operator within 20 seconds. I am using command OPADC with parameter OFLNUM and TIME, but it haven't given me the desired outcome. I appreciate any help regarding this matter.
