we have a situation with one of our call centers where the licenses were not updated to R10 after the upgrade from IPOCC 9.1.6 to 10.1.2.1.
It's a small IPOCC with a voice channal, no e-mails or chat.
The documentation says that there's a grace period of 30 days, but 45 days have...

Our client reported that in home tab, element Agent history is not populating for some agents.
At first I thought that the authorizations or privileges had somethng to do with it, then maybe that the home file was different for those agents, but no.
