9608 phone and 3 SMB24 button modules - headset won't work
Hello Everyone, The receptionist in my office would like a headset. She has a 9608-desk phone with 3 SBM24 button modules. We tried to connect a headset with an HIS cable (the same headset the call center uses) and it doesn’t work. Am I missing something? Thank you!- JessicaAustin
