NEC NEAX 2400 IMS no outgoing calls
The PABX model doesn't have a manual and I wasn't taught how to operate and troubleshoot. Incoming calls are ok but occasionally, I can't make outgoing calls. I've tried to change me28, cp46, and 8cotal with spare cards but nothing happened. How do I fix this and what may be the reason for this...- rorschach18
