    Call Forward No Answer- FDN

    One of the Exec Assistants wants to forward 123-4567 to 765-4321 on ring no answer. So on 123-4567, I set the feature FDN to 765-4321, instead of the VM number. So now it rings 4 times at 123-4567 then rings at 765-4321, then goes to 765-4321 VM. I want it to revert back to the original...

    Corporate Directory in the CS1000

    I am entering TNs for Corporate Directory using System Manager - in User Management, CS100 Endpoint Profile (we have it linked with Active Directory). I have two questions: 1. How do I delete or edit an entry. 2. Can I print out a list of names that have been entered into the directory?
