Message Cut-Off After 5 Seconds
When customers dial my extension directly, their message length is okay. If they pass the original extension option and get to my extension a different way (after pressing * 8) the message length is only 5 seconds (obviously not long enough). A voice states "Delivery Scheduled," presumably...- CustSup
