I received these 2 DT700 IP phones from a 3C system. I've got SV8100.
I migrated the firmware to NEC SIP and nicked the extension numbers for them and did all other configuration identically.
However, one of them is saving missed calls and displaying "Check List" in the left lower corner of...

We have an auto-attendant message in place. When someone calls from outside (I think it's called trunk call) and selects 3, one telephone/extension number rings. If no one answers this call, is there a way to forward it to another extension or mobile phone number?

1. There is an auto attendant message in place. Someone calls from outside and presses a particular number for a particular department and the call goes to the receptionist's ext. number (done from 22-04). Then she may transfer it to another person.
2. From 24-09 call forwarding is...
A DT700 telephone was taken from a 3C system. I upgraded the firmware to ITL_Firmware_v5.0.9.0 to fit UNIVERGE SV8100. Then I assigned an extension to it from Webpro, and did the rest of the settings.
One thing I didn’t know how to do.
When I call another extension number it doesn’t dial it...
In SV8100, after changing an extension number of a particular phone from 11-02 in WebPro, still when a call is made by this phone to another phone, the old extension shows on the other phone. Where do you fix this from?
In UNIVERGE SV8100 Webpro, is there an audit facility? I've had someone changed the an extension number and moved a phone from one department to another without proper authorisation.

I was given the responsibly of this PBX system which serves multiple departments located in a single building. One of the departments has an auto attendant message in place. They are working from 9:00 till 19:00 from Saturday to Thursday. And now they decided to open on...

There is an auto attendance message in place on one of the numbers. It takes 3 rings before the message plays. How do you reduce it to just a single ring?
I'd like to find a particular part of an auto attendant message and replace it with another message. I'd also like to remove and skip a message. How can I do that?
Phone: DT700

In the below screenshot, you can see the director's extension or phone can open lines from different branches. I tried to replicate a similar setup for another user whose extension belongs to the upper set of trunk lines.
She has a 6-button phone. So I replaced trunk #...

I was told to set the office timings in 12-02. And recently I moved the timings around. I have just noticed that during business hours all telephones show <Night>. I am not sure though if this has been the case all the time during business hours.
It looks like this is not affecting...

When I change an extension number of a phone, I go first to 11-02, and then to 15-01, 15-06 & 21-19 to make sure the name, trunk access map and calling party number are appropriate.
But the programmable keys which used to open lines with the old trunk access (like I have a...
In our 8100 PBX go multiple trunks. And on a couple of them (of the main office and sales department), there are auto-attendant messages. The message of the main office says "Welcome to ... If you know the extension ..., dial it now. Or press 0 for assistance ...". And when an outside caller...
You know, if a DT700 phone is not connected to a PoE switch, it needs a DC adaptor. And there is a little socket for that on the bottom of the phone at the LAN and PC ports. There is says "DC 24V-30V", but the amperage is not mentioned.
What amperage I should look for in the market?

I have a 8100 PABX system, with DT700 phones of the hardware ID: 9.1.3.0 mainly, and firmware versions: 4.0.5.0 & v5.0.8.0.
Today I received another DT700 phone from a closed-down site, reset it to factory defaults and configured the DHCP, LAN port and SIP server and port. But I don't know how...
