    I accidentally changed the micros user password. Now, the applications are not able to communicate. Is there anyway I can know the default password or can anyone guide to enter the new password so that micros application can communicate. Pls help.

    Res 3700 - Need to upgrade 4.9 to 5.7

    Hello, there. I would like to upgrade our Res 3700 from 4.9 version to 5.7. I have all the 5.7 installation file however, I don't have the script file "4xPreConvertTo5x.mcs" nor the version 5.0 files. Can anybody share the link to download the script & Res 5.0 files. Thanks!
