Hopefully this will save you some grief later on. I discovered that on Basic systems that even the MOH is shown as activated in programming it's not. You need to deactivate it, save config, and then reactivate it. Not sure about Ess Editions. Getting to hate Basic Editions

Have a cust with an IPO Basic R9 that wants his AA for nights only. Does not want a night button. Every thing I try results in the AA not working at all, or the calls going to the out of hours recording. Anyone run into this scenario and if so how did you get it to work.
