BCM50 Expansion cabinet not being seen by the main BCM50
Hi, I have a BCM50 that has correct keycodes to supports 2 Expansions. I have also a Expansion BCM50. That one has a shielded 1m network cable that goes in the bottom connector of the expansion (that one light up with green lights) to the third network slot that is on the main BCM50. CallPilot 150 on Nortel System. Option 7 Transfer on External Telephone number not working
Hi, Usually to activate this option Feature 981 Admin 8 Then you should have the option for TEL or EXT. I only get the option for LOCAL EXTENSION. I'm pretty sure I need to activate that option somwhere but not sure where. Can someone help me out ? Thanks- Shawn Bisaillon
