    ERROR on phone display

    So this is only happening on one of our extensions x119. The headset will take incoming calls and can call other extensions in the office but when you dial 9 to try and reach an outside line the display says ERROR and you get a busy signal.     Connecting With CoSession

    So I am trying to connect to the VM card in our NEC ElectraElite 48/192 system. I am using CoSession V7.0 on a Windows XP computer and have it connected with a null modem cable and these are my settings, any help would be great, Thanks
