    Micros Workstation 6 power adapter

    Hey all, Oracle sent me terminals with wall mounts that didn't come with any power adapters. On the back it's got a 12v barrel connector, anyone know the part # I need or the amp/wattage of the adapter needed? My sales rep has stopped responding to me altogether.

    Micros 3700 clear carried over amount

    Anyone know what the SQL query is to clear carried over amounts? I have a "Carried Over" amount showing on reports for a check that isn't open, I did a force close on the affected bills but no change. It's been like this for nearly 2 months because Micros support is absolutely worthless.
