My Avaya IPO 500 V2 10.0 not Saving Changes . The issue happens earlier couple of times too, but when i reboot the system started saving configuration changes now again same issue .
Please help me to resolve this issue permanently..
IPOCC User Interface Crashing while Logging using Administrator Account, Agents Account are working fine.
Restarted IPOCC Watchdog Service and even Server, problem still persist.
Note: I can Login using Administrator Account through Portal and it works fine...
