    Possible to change the DN range on a Nortel Meridian CICS/MICS without defaulting system?

    I have a customer who needs to change their DN's from the default range (starting at 221) to another range (like 321). There are no DID's programmed on the system, so that is not an issue. I know that doing a **startup will allow me to change the start DN, but I'm looking to accomplish this...

    How can I clear DM IP White List 5.13.9 Officeserv 7100 V4.91

    I accidentally entered the wrong IP address into 5.13.9 in one of my customers systems, and now I'm locked out of the device manager! Is there an MMC that corresponds with DM 5.13.9 where I can remove the IP address? Officeserv 7100 with 4.91 software. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Trouble logging into programming mode on a CICS 6.0
