Aspect Unified IP issues for year 2016 Director Alerts
Issue being experienced: When we open Director Alerts there are no alerts this is because 2016 is not available from the drop down box. This also effects anything date related like, Schedules (Holidays), Dataviews and filtering recordings in Director. Has anyone else experienced this issue...- SeekaPeak
