"Factory reset"
This is a very basic question but we have recently moved sites, and we have decided to use the old CM as a test rig. Is there a simple way to essentially wipe all existing configuration settings and fresh start? Thanks- Chrisoldinho

Upgrading 96xx phone firmware
Hi I have a bunch of 9620/9608 phones and understand it's possible to configure an auto update via feature access code (not sure if this is the best / only way to do this). At the moment we are having to put the BIN file on the http server, reboot the phone and wait for the 96xx/46xx settings...- Chrisoldinho
