    HIPath 4000 Expert Accss - Connect v 5 - cannot connect to serial line

    Sir, can anyone help me regarding my problem above - I was not able to access the serial command line using the above. I have upload the screen shot picture. the serial is connected to HICOM 372 DLU port. would you be able to give some tips how to enable again the serial port?
