My users use the one-x portal for IP office and consistently during the day we get on users pages "Could not connect to server. Connection to the server was lost at DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM. Trying to connect in X seconds."
This happens even though the connection is always up, no local networking...

Weird issue here. When we call our voicemails it usually logins into our mailboxes and gives us our voicemails. When we tried this morning it says “welcome to avaya ip office for help at any time press *4”
does anyone have any idea what has happened and how we can fix?

Is it possible to forward voicemail messages via the One-X portal? When we had IP office 406 we could do this via phone manager but the option doesnt seem to be on the One-X voice portal

When someone calls in and it is diverted to another line, if the person does not answer is there a way to have the voicemail message left on that extension than the mailbox which the call was initially picked up?
