    i have ipo 500v2 R9 with advance license, the contactstore installed on win server 2008 x64 the problem is that when try to open search and replay get the error as in pic any one help me

    Analog Trunks go Busy with Called ID

    I have Avaya IPO 500v2 R9.1 with 2 analog trunks installed at a site. The issue is that when calling from outside the organization the operator hear 1 ring, then the caller ID displayed after that the call disconnect and the two lines go to busy. Anyone hv idea?
