    Information Mailbox - Problem

    We are using a 3 digit extension. Needed to change 108 to information, so I deleted the mailbox and recreated it. An announcement has been recorded. When I call the extension, I do not get an announcement. My display shows "Mailbox full" Not sure what I did wrong.
