How should I configure IPO in order to make it work? I tried almost everything and can´t make it work.

I´m working with a new Aura 7.1.3 system (CM, SM, SMGR, presence, AAM, G450 and SBCE) with several J129 phones. Is it possible to integrate these phones with CM enterprise directory just like on H323 phones? If so, how can it be done.
Tryed to implement OneX Portal on IPO 500V2 Rls 9.0.11 but users can´t login. Login screen shows message "authentication failed. please enter valid user name and password. if problem persists, please contact your system administrator"
Tried with both Windows and linuz versions of OneX Portal...

A new customer of mine has IP softphones implemented through a VPN tunnel. They do not register unless NAT/Masking is configured in VPN gateway/firewall.
- IP office 500V2 9.0
- IP Office softphone 6.1 3.2.3.49
- Both ends have Sophos 210 and 310 as VPN gateway/firewall.
- We´re using LAN1...

I have a problem with an AES 6.3.3.9: DLG service fecuently (and suddenly) stops working while status screen shows message "NO_LICENSE_ACQUIRED"; TSAPI and DMCC services continue operating normally.
I have opened a ticket and Avayas´s support engineer stated this is a known issue...
There´s a good chance for me to reinstall an ACR 11.0 running on Windows 2008. However, I noticed that Verint activation web page is no longer available and I wonder how can I regenerate the license code I need.
