Ive reset all the security setting on my IP Office, all I did was change the SMTP address and now its showing 0.0.0.0 and I simply cannot get it to connect. Ran the FW.bat, turned off FW all together, reset security on IP office and VM Pro....WHYYYYYYYYY does it do this? Ive even reinstall VM...

I have a Phone 8 Card in my IP Office 500 V2. When I go to change the extensions on my phone 8 card, brand new...it doesnt allow me to switch off of port 1of this card. I can change the extension of this port, but none of the others, it just snaps back to port one even if I click port 2, 3, etc...

I have an embedded VM to Email setup through O365 SMTP relay. I'm using the correct IP route to my gateway, but what is happening is that it works for a while, then sends the VM messages back to the phone instead of email. If I reboot, it works for a while, then stops....very frustrating..anyone...
Which one would you use in your facility? We normally use the DECT stuff, but its pretty spendy for the amount of phones we put in. We might be better off with just 3 durafons? Any suggestions?

So we made the change to dial out 8 instead of 9, everything is working swimmingly except the dial out from phone log is still attaching a 9 to the log. I went an adjusted the 46xx file
