Goal: If the date typed in B3 is older than 25 days, I would like to highlight the entire row in red, UNLESS M3 contains any value whatsoever.
Any tips on how to do this? I have already created a column that gives "days old" using "=IF(ISBLANK(B3), "", TODAY()-$B3)"

If two cells have the same value. these are days of the week, match, then I want a third cell to turn red. What is the formula?
The cells are F7 and H7 although this will be applied to a series of other cells.
