I'm totally new at all this. I have a customer that has essential edition. No AA, calls come in and ring hunt group, all extensions ring for 30 seconds, vm picks up after 28 seconds. All users have the source code for the huntgroup to allow access. This part is working just fine. I just...- cbizfon
