Hi, we have 2 attendant consoles that ring when you dial 0 or ask for "Operator" on the phonetic operator.
How can I route calls to a VDN/Vector that says "Unavailable..." when they put the console in Busy or Night?
I tried "change tenant" and entered the VDN in "Night Destination" but that...
When making an external call via a SIP phone/Workplace App the call gets blocked (stutter tone like COR restriction).
Incoming works, extn to extn works, outgoing calls from digital/analog works.
All use the same PRI trunk for incoming and outgoing.
Any idea what could be the cause?

I can't login to the Call Center on my extn but I can on another.
I've tried and failed on multiple types of phones, multiple Agent IDs.
I tried it on my extn, 1111, and it fails no matter which set.
I thought it was x1111 being programmed in off pbx telephone station mapping but extn 2222...

I have a J179 that keeps automatically logging out and says "Another user has logged into this extn". Sometimes in 20 minutes, sometimes a few hours.
I have no trouble logging back in but this gets annoying. Is there some setting somewhere that causes this?
One of our VPN phone users has no audio when calling/receiving calls from an on site IP Phone user.
If IP user calls out on the PRI (9+10 digits) they can hear but the VPN user's phone doesn't ring, just flashes an incoming call.

Right now, it rings at a console but on certain days, an extn is covering the calls and we want anyone dialing 0 to reach there.
Is there a way to remove access to Tools in CMS Supervisor for a login? We only want this user to access Reports and pretty much nothing else. Don't want them to touch Advanced.

I booted a J179 into H323 mode but Reset Values just reboots it back to H323 mode (white Avaya background instead of SIP red Avaya background).
Any help would be appreciated.
I have a user that has a bridged appearance on her phone.
When she is on her Call-Appr and puts it on hold to pick up the Bridged Appr, the BA disconnects.
If she is idle, she can pick up the BA no problem.
Other users who are setup similarly to her, same BA, have no problem.
Is there a report I can run to see calls to a specific skill and shows a summary by the hour, preferably monthly?
I want to know how many calls are coming through a skill in the evening hours.
