    Call on Bridged Appearance Disconnecting

    I have a user that has a bridged appearance on her phone. When she is on her Call-Appr and puts it on hold to pick up the Bridged Appr, the BA disconnects. If she is idle, she can pick up the BA no problem. Other users who are setup similarly to her, same BA, have no problem.
