As per the subject header, does anyone know where I can find the audio files for voice mail messages to a vm inbox on the Mitel 3300 CXii?
I have FTP access to the mitel box but cannot seem to find any trace?

Posted this a few months back, but the solutions provided didn't help.
In short/recap, one of my huntgroups (2 agents) are having ghost calls on a daily basis. One handset will ing, they answer, they get a busy tone and then the call will bounce to the other agent, same thing happens...
So I seem to be having a glicth with my wallboard where one of the hunt groups Current Wait Time counter will be ticking but no Call is actually waiting, it only sorts itself out aftr another call is presented.

I cannot alos get into the CCR web client due to "number of licenses exceeded" and the wallboard stats just freeze.

Basically I work for a call center and we have DDI number route directly to us and have 0844 numbers mapped to them from an external company.
After closing time all calls dialled to the 0844 number are handled by said external company but any call dialled to the DDI still goes...
