We have an IPOffice 500V2 R11.0.4 where they use Call Forwarding to external number. When the external destination rings, they see the company's own number instead of the number of the original caller.

We have an issue registering handsets ( 3720 as well as 3730 ) in Dect R4
After an upgrade of the IPO500V2 to R11.0.849 and all basestations to the last bootfile en firmware the customer can't register any handsets anymore.
The Dect R4 is configured in provsioning mode.

I have troubles starting my System Status Tool. When i start it, isee the icon appear, but it doesn't open further. If i click on it, nothing happens. With right click i can only close it.
