    IPO 11.0.4 - 9608G (FW:6.8102/H.323) - DSS Module (SMB24)

    Has anyone seen DSS Modules on 11.0.4 9608G phones registered to a hosted platform, lose appearance for users? The buttons still call users when pressed but will not display status of the user. "DSS Status" under Telephony is also enabled. See image below for reference (see buttons 31+).
