Recently, i have installed NIM 4.1 Compliance Suite but now, i have to change it to Contact Center. Is this possible or have i to reinstall NIM?

Hi all. I'm implementing Avaya IP Office Contact Center for IP Office R9. I already have all services installed and running, but when i dial an example topic i get a busy tone.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi all. I have the same issue. I try to add the VoIPLogger. I have the IP Capture and VoIPLogger services running OK. I'm installing NIM 4.1 SMB, so the VoIPLogger Server is the same Perform Server.
