    CLS or other way to restrict dialing to 4 digits

    I have a few phones that need to be restricted to 4 digit dial ONLY. Our system is set up as a 4 digit dial for on campus calls. I have a handful of phones that I do not want to be able to dial off campus so I want to restrict them to 4 digit's. Any suggestions? Lynn
