    Mitel Nupoint forwarding voicemail to emails issue

    I have Nupoint installed on MiCollab and is set up so forwards voicemails to emails. MiVB sw is 7.2 that Nupoint ports sit on.     Sip Trunks not allowing Withheld Callers through

    Hi Guys, Anyone Ever come across Withheld callers trying to dial inbound over SIP trunk but fail straight away. Setup being with Sip trunks presented to a Mitel vMBG which then points to the Mitel vMCD. Calls work fine inbound and outbound. I do ccs trace on vMCD and see nothing coming in at all.

    Hi Guys, Been installing these 5624 Wifi Phones with vMCD with SIP trunks. Got internal calls working fine with the 5624 IP wifi phones but when calling into them externally they ring but external caller e.g.Mobile doesn't hear ringing. When 5624 IP phone answers the call it is just silence...
