A client is using version 10. Embedded Voicemail set in IP Office mode.
When an outside caller uses the dial by name feature the caller goes directly to voicemail instead of dialing the extension.
Anyone have an idea of why this is happening and how to change it.

This client i'm setting up wants to have transferred calls show that the call is coming from reception instead of the actual external caller.
They want this so they end user will answer, and reception can tell them who is calling.

We recently installed a SIP trunk on our IPO v9.0.6
ANy incoming call shows up on the display as the ITSP Proxy Address.
I'm thinking it's a problem from the provider end, but so far they haven't been much help, and the techs don't seem to know how to fix it.

Last night i upgraded to 9.0.6 from 9.0.1
2 users have receptionist license, and can no longer log into softconsole.
Softconsole just says Login unsuccessful, please try again.
I've tried creating a new user but it does the same thing.

If i revert back to 6.3 it shows up again

I'm trying to create Announcements in voicemail pro for Queued and Still queued for a particular Hunt Group.
I've created the proper start points for the Hunt Group i want to change, but it still only uses the default Announcements.

I was testing one of our phones to see about upgrading to SIP.
It went through most of the process.
When it reaches Upgrading Application it times out after 200seconds and throws the error:
