1) When a call i transferred from DECT to 9608 phone, all I get is local echo. Also, this may happen when answering a hunt Group call on the 9608. This happens when answering 30% of the calls. Only way to remedy is to Place the call...

Sometimes (1 out of 10 times) when answering a call, (avaya 9608) I only hear my own voice. I have to put the caller on hold and then bring the caller back in order to hear the caller. The caller hears me all the time.
