Hi All, i am getting following error while launching Information manger application in CCM 4.0
"unable to contact server "
as i know Application is quite outdate not supported by OEM ,if any one have idea pls help .

we have self services IVR .
i.e-if any one wants to know their A/c or policy details ,he can get all these from IVR option available,
Can we get report for all these calls were i can get IVR Journey of a customer.
we have upgrade soliuds 7 to 9.1.
i am facing license error while login in agent Mitel contact centre agent 9.0.
"there is no license availble"
I have seen in ELM,we have 60 desktop agent as well as blue star agent license availble.
still i am facing license error.

RM is working fine in server but in client i am facing error.

What is the issue if meesge not playing when i am dialing BVD no:
1-all ip extion showing register with solidus server ip.
2-IP-media services also running.
any other thing i have to check

is there any advance setting in sec 9.0 for DM(AGENT).

03 IPLU Cards are installed in MX-One TSW SP-06, any one of the card start showing ‘Request Time Out’ & after 3-4 minutes it starts pinging again, due to which all call centre calls stops. All BVDs show out of service & as soon as IPLU starts pinging, all BVDs show back in service.

in bp 250 ipu trail license period has expired now i am importing permanent license it showing transfer failed.
is there any method to reactive license file..
