Ghost files
I have the same problem on my Windows 7 computer at work, and my Windows Vista computer at home. When I am in a program (Adobe Photoshop, MS Outlook, etc.) and go to attach a file, or open a file, on my desktop it shows files that aren't there when I am looking at my desktop.
