Since upgrading the MCD 6.0 SP3 to the newer MiVoice 7.0 PR1, we are seeing duplicate entries. One will have the Directory Name and the other doesn't. Is there a way for the Controller to Cleanup it's Directory Names in like SDS Debug or another command in the Maintenance Command field?
