Norstar Meridian - Incoming call transfers to voicemail
Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to get outside calls coming from our AA or transferred from our secretary to actually make it to a DN's voicemail. Internally our VM works, I have everyone set to fwd on no answer after 4 rings, and I have changed Transfer Callback to be more than 6 rings so...- shsnortel
