I recently re-installed a partner ACS 3.0 system with a 6.0 upgrade card and a "PARTNER Messaging" module (ID # V700323207). All seems fine except that when I press intercom and dial 777 I get a busy signal. The green light is illuminated on the Messaging module.
Is there a way to have messaging repeat the day menu after it plays rather than transferring at the end of the message? Also is it possible to repeat messages by pressing a single digit rather than * #.

Messaging picks up the first call as expected. When a second call comes in on the same line immediately after the 1st call hangs up the call goes immediately to ext 20 (fax) which has been excluded fron messaging.
