I know there is a way for a user to start dialing on the keypad of the dterm and it will call an extension. For some reason, I have a phone that is not able to do this. However, there are other phones at this org that can do this. Not seeing the difference in programming in AKYD...

Our toll-free was sending pulse 7222 to then get forwarded to our ACD. We did a room number change in the hotel and now we need that toll-free to go to another extension, say 4501.
We changed the pulse code to 4501 for the toll-free, but still not working. Any advice?
After logging into the ACD system, I hit the work light to start taking calls and then it cycles through ACD messages on the screen, then the work light blinks and I don't get a call.

After installing PCPro, I get an error upon launch.
It says: "Failed to process the activation. Will quite the application."
And then you click on OK and it just closes.
