One of our key office has Two deferent extensions (for example 3020 and 3025) there is any way to program if extension 3025 become disable it automatically forward to extension 3020

since yesterday our operator is getting a incoming call display 8881-25-555-0 but when pick it looks blank we are using meridian 61C,Its looks one to incommoding trunk is become bad,how to print all incoming and out going trunk line.
