I have configured Nortel 11xx and 12xx phone with Avaya IPoffice server edition release 9.0
When i make a call from one phone to another, phone shows "Cann't find user" error message at phone screen.
Can any one help me to resolve this issue.
Any help is appreciated.

I have an IPOffice 500 V2 with R9 software, I have around 90 internal users, I want to schedule a call to all internal users and play a Voicemail or wav file to all user phones.
All users have 96xx,11xx and 12xx series phone.

I have two Avaya IPOffice 500V2, both are connected to each other over H323 trunk with sub type Qsig. I want to do call barring on specific numbers between these 2 ipoffices.
Is there any way to do this.

How I can calculate total numbers of inbound/outbound or internal calls are executed/handled by IPOffice.
I don't want to use CCR for calculating calls.
