I have set up the sync for AD, but for some reason it is not accepting the AD password. It pull across all AD info, but for some reason not the password. If i add my own password in MiCollab and then re-sync, the password i added no longer works. Any ideas?

We have a scenario, where an ACD agent is skill set 1, Mon to Wed and then skill set 3 Thursday to Friday. At present IT make the change as we are the only ones with that level of access. Is there a way a allowing that level of access but to only the agent groups they manage?

i want to be able to divert from an internal number to multiple speedcalls that point to external numbers. So far i have set up the internal number call forward to an acd path that interflows to the speed call and then dials out. Any ideas?
