Good Day, I am on a CS100e system and am trying to find a phone record. I was told we can look in a "d-record" for it but am unaware of what that is or where to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.- wettererd

Emergency Calls
We have a monitored line here at my facility that is monitored 24/7 and I need this line be able to show when someone dials an emergency # (911) so we know what line extension it was dialed from.
