Assigning Outbound Outgoing Trunks
I can't believe I did the original programming on this system, and now can't figure out how I did it. But now I have to change it. I have 5 trunk lines. Currently one is set to be incoming only. That is to say, I have set it up so that when an outside call is placed with "9" it uses trunks...- clydeleon

CKE5 SMDR Port Problems?
After several months of flawless operation, call accounting is not working. The SMDR data light is constantly "on" indicating that it assumes to be receiving data constantly from the CKE5 processor. Plugged the printer directly into the SMDR and will not print any reports. NOTHING was...- clydeleon
