We use contact store to record calls automatically. I'm looking for a way to record calls to contact store on demand. In the button programming manual there is a way to record to Voicemail Pro. Is anyone aware of a way to record to Contact Store?
We are going to move our data servers to a data center for power and network redundancy. I'm entertaining the idea of moving the IP Office as well. Some questions I have are:
1. How to get dial tone into the datacenter. The datacenter should be able to provide me with this information.

I have an IP Office R7 running 7.0(12). We lost power and now incoming and outgoing calls connect but I can't hear anything. AT&T says the T1 is fine. Any ideas?
