Hi All, I got an issue: cs1k connects to cisco cucm by SIP trunk, when a 1120e dial a number in cucm and call is put to a queue in cucm (version 10.5, native call queuing feature), 1120e is supposed to get queue greeting, but it actually doesnot, it hear a mute, and phone in cucm dont ring. so...
